Homemade Fruit Tea
I first came across this wonderful concoction of tea and fruits during my trip to Taiwan last year. At the lovely cafe in Sogo, the mothership and I were deciding what drinks to have to go with the yummy cakes. I cant quite remember what exactly the mothership ordered (its was something along the lines of an ice coffee) by I know that I got this:
Ahh, such a heavenly blend of summer fruits to help quench the thirst.
So anyway, fast forward a few months and I'm battling an indian summer here in Melbourne when I suddenly had a craving for this lovely drink. Using fruits from the fridge, I mixed the apples, strawberries and a slice of lemon into the pitcher of Honeybush Green Tea that the fathership had brought back from Taiwan.

After letting the flavors infuse for a couple of minutes, I poured myself a cup and settled down in from of the telly.
